If God is an all powerful omni-present God who did in fact create the universe and all that is in it and is all knowing then He is sufficiently capable of choosing men through whom he can reveal Himself without distortion. I fully believe that He has preserved His word intact and unchanged just as He wanted it. It is those who have no spiritual understanding who contend the bible is full of errors. And how can anyone have spiritual understanding if they do not believe in God as the Creator, the Savior, and the author and perfecter of our faith? To those who are perishing the Bible is foolishness but to those who are of God it is the Living Word of God, a true representation of Jesus Christ and Life to us. John 1:1-5; 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things came into being by Him; and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. 4 In Him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shines in the darkness; and the darkness did not comprehend it.
