Also, they provided particularly conservative guidance at last quarter's conference call. At that time, they also came as close as they ever have to breaking out Asia numbers as a percentage of earnings and seemed to realistically state the Asia problem going forward. Since that time, my impression has been that the re-org has gone well and most everything is firing on all cylinders otherwise. John
