I must agree with you William. The Internet is giving every company a great leap in technology these days. The desktop computer is still here for many years to come. The NC however, will also take it's place, but in an always expansive market. Both will thrive in the next 5 years. On the long run however (around 10 years), I personaly think that the NC will become the only "computer". Although new companies are emerging, such as Netscape, Sun and Oracle, Intel and Microsoft will only gain huge benefits also.

If I had to choose between the two however, I would choose Intel. For the next few years, it will continue to grow considerable earnings, witchever platforms it needs to power. Intel is well poised to surpass GE and become the world's biggest cap stock.
