I have never made a statement on this thread regarding the Texas State Securities Board or Mr. Fahy other than to tell you that if you are concerned with such an agency you should direct your questions or comments directly to that agency, rather than posting that information in a public forum. PLEASE STOP MIS-REPRESENTING MY STATEMENTS (actually, my lack of statements) REGARDING THIS MATTER.
For what it's worth, Steve, I cannot believe that you are irresponsible enough to continue to post on this public thread concerning contacts you allege between a securities enforcement agency and Oilex shareholders. I can think of nothing more damaging to a company or its shareholders than publicly revealing the information (concerning contacts between Mr. Fahy, yourself and other shareholders) which you have posted on this thread.
The statements you, and no one else, made may have serious and long-term negative impacts on Oilex and its shareholders. You, and no one else, are publicly alleging information which should, in my opinion, only be publicly stated by either the securities enforcement agency or the company itself. The mere appearance of such inquiries by a securities enforcement agency is a very serious matter.
I, for one, will not be a party to public statements concerning this matter. Even if I had such information (and one should not infer that I do or do not), I would NEVER confirm or deny the existence of such comments or publish such statements in this or any other public forum. If you direct any further comments to me concerning this matter, they will simply be ignored.
