I don't fully agree with that. Insider selling is not very indicative, unless it is widespread and pervasive. Quite often executives receive a large part of their pay in stock options, and they need the money for buying houses, paying for kid's education, etc.

In the case of open market buying, I consider this to be very bullish, especially if these executives also receive stock options. IMHO, this means they are so bullish about their company's prospects that they are willing not only to exercise options but dip into their personal savings to buy more.

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any insider buying going on at APM. The RDRT buying may be mildly bullish, however. If we see more inside buying at RDRT then I would say this is a very good sign.
