Dear Mr. Hicks,

I do not believe it is possible to sue, or at least, economically.

Please bear in mind that the SEC has one tough job to do here. If they have to investigate the twists and turns this situation has presented, it may be a while before they can say more. Give these guys a break!

Having said that....We need to remain committed to ensuring that the proper authorities are provided with all the evidence from all the angles. In a case as entangled as this, it may be very easy to steer efforts to find the truth. With all of your help, we will present to
the proper authorities, the data which we have gathered by our common
pursuit.

Any suggestions of interest to our readers would be greatly appreciated. Some have posted their ideas already. Sensitive questions can be directed at myself via E-Mail or directly to the SEC.
Ken Lench will listen. (he doesn't say much, but is a brilliant listener).

Bear in mind the SEC is not concerned with technology issues except to the possible extent of left over lawsuits, and the ICMX transition. They have no interest in who officers and directors are as long as they have made the proper disclosures. They would also have no interest in future technology.

So our inquiries need to be focused on what you know or suspect about the stock manipulation aspect of this.

The ultimate legal damage here will likely be done by the Justice Department. Between the SEC and Justice, maybe we'll get some relief.

JILTED but remembering that stock scams are like streetcars....
