Hi James,

If all we are hearing and reading about(loi's) come about, the 1st Q
should be interesting to say the least. I know there will be some
out there that will be disappointed in 4Q and the writedown, but
personally, I like the write it off now mentality unless it provides
you a huge tax savings further down the line. DCTC is going the
right direction even if the stock price isn't very cooperative. In
time, that too shall pass(GGGGGGGG).
