CULVER CITY, Calif., Nov. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Syncronys Softcorp today announced it has
begun shipping Burn It!, on schedule, to distributors and retailers including purchase commitments
from Computer City, Tech Data, Ingram Micro, and others. The Company has posted demo
versions of Burn It! and its recently released PC security title, WinKrypt, on its Web site at
www.syncronys.com.
Burn It! is a graphically enriched, enhanced data deletion utility for Windows 95 and Macintosh
System 7x in one package. Burn It! uses one of four animated sequences -- such as a shredder or
flaming trash can -- to not only delete your file, but overwrite the sector multiple times effectively
barring its retrieval. Burn It! will also co-feature KeyDisk, a PC and Mac-based security program
that locks files, directories and applications with the ease of drag & drop to a desktop icon or a
shortcut menu -- controlled by passwords or by an advanced user-programmed cipher-diskette
"pass key." The programs are notable for their ease of use and seamless integration into their
respective operating systems. Burn It! has an estimated street price of $29.95.
