Jeff I think you asked me about PKF and I came back with a resounding no, however now I have entered in PKF at 3$, its NAV is 37/8 and is selling at a nearly full 25% discount, I see some value in it. Before anyone else makes a decision on this I would like to highlight my reasoning to go long this PKF at 3 $.

My buy is based on assumption that somone in US will see some sense in removing these cripling sanctions for the two nations in SA. Future of Pakistan hinges on US policy, if US continues to treat Pakistan as an ally we are dry home otherwise I see possible economic 'USSRisation of Pakistan' will result into a new phase where radicals will take over this country. Sanctions have never worked will lead to eradicate the little remainig leverage US has on Pakistan.I shudder with terror to think of a day if the control of the 'nuclear bomb' buttons is tranferred in hands of mullahs'. The moderates need some support here to engineer a economic comeback, in absence of this support within next few months PKF is not a buy even in 2$'s. If this support comes thru we will be back on track.
