And the thing that bugs me the most is, They serve some so called quality time and then they can retire with the loot. Its just amazing.. They hurt a lot of people but here have petty thieves sitting in jails for decades. And dont forget those dangerous reckless drivers with a wife and 5 kids serving quality time..
