Croatia-Jamaica:3-1

Z, excellent synopsis of the game. The Croatians showed they have a great team who came to France to play hard and take their game to the Reggaeboyz(not like the Yugos who came just to play and let the game come to them). I was wrong again, I was expecting the exact opposite performances between Croatia and Yugoslavia. Croatia and Argentina should move on easily in this group. The game of Japan and Jamaica will be a great game, both countries going for their first win. Which will leave the final game between Argentina and Croatia to be a real "battle" of 0-0...

I agree with you 100% about the hooligans, what a shame and disgrace. Gas them? That would be too nice<g>

Jamaica's goal sure was one of the best so far.

Boyd should have stayed in Jamaica. And Burton's performance was a big disappointment, that kid can play much better.

A lot of people were saying that Yugoslavia may be the sleeper in this WC. I now believe Croatia has a very good chance to go far.

When is a true underdog going to get a break in this tournament?

George
