well how are you fundamentalist reading this?? Harry do like this basing action up here on the extreme low volume? the reading i take away from this is that the company feels the stock is worth at least 7.81 between NOv.98 and may 99 and that may be on the "least" side of the conversion i was glad to see the restriction for them to hold at least 5% of the converted stock. but.... taking all the shares being made available thu registration seems we are setting up for a major distribution near those levels. trangulation ended last week and with good support and no real follow thu to either side all we need are the numbers to fill in the blanks. hopefully will get some action on what seems to be the longest basing i have seen after an upmove for this stock. i still think the next big volume move will be up. the longer MA'S are still rising to meet the stock price now so should not bee to long a wait. short term stochastics are in and out with this basing but the longer term 80k and 10D have not broken past a -7 yet . good luck. ar.
