thanks tjg and Gabard. Just playing brokers/devils advocate as to why some of these skeletons in Midlands closet might be putting off some buyers and hurting the price. Its easy to focus on the promise of df144 and get a case of tunnel vision, thereby missing out on some important dd like the toll past failures has taken on the company.
