Thanks for the link. I am just doing my DD on this stock and that article was interesting to me. It also goes a long way to explain why this stock seems to be such a bargain.

The statement:

"Since the Internet did not exist when the Federal Wire Act was passed, it's possible a court could eventually rule the law doesn't apply to the Internet. So to cover that potential loophole, Sen. Jon Kyl, R-Ariz., recently introduced legislation that would specifically ban Internet wagering in the United States. The bill, which the Senate will likely vote on later this year, has several co-sponsors, including Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif."

particularily caught my eye. Wonder to what extent passage of such a law has already been priced into the stock and what the effect on the company would be.

Sure can't argue with the financials though!

p.s. Have trouble believing anyone would give their credit card number to an internet gambling site based in the Bahamas somewhere. The threat of non-payment of winnings would be nothing to my mind compared to what could be done with that number. I think I'll stick to gambling on the stock market for now!
