An interview with Mr. Meatchem taken from an Australian newspaper used the words "reverse public offering" in reference to what ZULU is doing to gain NASDAQ status. I asked earlier what that was and MarkM posted that he thought it meant a "reverse merger". It doesn't appear to be the same as a reverse split.
