Found the source for that erroneous 70% statement. national.com National had that segment pegged at 40% last year ending at 30% market share in December. That makes sense as that's exactly what the take rate for sub-1k retail home systems... precisely where they are targeting Cyrix sales. My sense is that the CEO was referring to 70% market share within this class putting it at 19% of the entire PC market within 12 months... makes more sense... healthy growth... more in-line with industry projections.
