Thanks Brad and I will ask the same of the company. I need:

1. A copy of GLOws financial statement for 1997, a 10K, 10Q, ,or similar information would be fine since they are in the process of completing both if they will be fully reporting at end of June.

2. list of officers and Directors of GLOW and their 1997 and proposed 1998 salaries, stock options and other compensation.

3. Other companies that each officer and member of the Board of directors of GLOW is on, or receives compensation from.

4. Insider buying and selling for the past 52 weeks to include all officers and board of directors. Total shares of GLOw held by each officer and board of directors.

5. STock amount held by Mr. Jamieson, and his wife and the class of each, and the percent of outstanding stock they hold.

6. What is Mr & Mrs Jamiesons present position or relationship to GLOW?

7. Do they still receive compensation or other benefits from GLOW in any for,?

8. Address of and name of IGC, officers and board of directors.

9. Contracts presently in force and total gross money revenue from each.

Brad you might also find out why this site still shows a different CEO and board of directors. Do we now have two competing companies by the same name with different boards?
