How fast is a good question? One thing about H&S is that sometimes they fool you and are continuation patterns. There were lots of H&S patterns around that preceded the run-up from January. I think the key here is the increased volume as it broke the neckline and the weak volume to come back up to the neckline and bounce off.

Here is a guy who thinks the Hang Seng is headed to 6900 by mid-late July. That could be your timing indicator.
