Ok, now that I got that off my chest, why is this a good investment ? ...

1. Newspaper readership is down. Everywhere you look newspapers are forming partnerships with TV. Putting the news out via web pages etc.
2. Younger more educated and affluent people are not getting their news from the newspaper. This is a long term very bad sign for newspapers.
3. Heretofore, newspaper was the primary source for advertising and looking for jobs. That paradigm is or has shifted. My company hires people all of the time. We no longer advertise in the news paper in my region.

These, I believe are the socio-economic forces at work that make a company like this a long term viable concept. But wait...
More is needed to make a good investment. Well the first thing their is product. Obviously, this company has one. And, as TM posted earlier, thy have a sales plan to make money from it.

There is competion. TMPW is the big one. It's a bigger company, but DIXS's job database is bigger. It's a matter of which one the public goes for or gets marketed better. I like DIXS marketing plan. In any case the arena is big enough for more than one. If this is a good enough product, it will attract hungry, larger companies.

The main thing left is the management... only time will tell I guess.
