Gary - But, I'm sure there are some parts of the country where they are still using Dos. almost 50% of the installed base is still using Win3.1 or Win3.11 on top of DOS according to Microsoft and corroborated by IDC. One of MSFT's goals with Win98 is to convert a significant portion of this old DOS base according to Brad Chase, MSFT MKT VP for the operating systems group (or Business Systems as MSFT calls it). Just FYI. A local California sample does not always yield the big picture.
