Hi All, I got a e-mail asking some questions about odds and ends. I will try to address. I have not had time to read the SI board but will sometime next week. Will be on the road closing business for the post production center. The new office in Denver ( Aurora Co) should be up and running on the 16 Th. What is the status of AMCI ? AMCI after the battles with WINCO and others was me with the Tech. That I had paid for. The deal was to bring Trudef and other assets into TMM. To allow the deal with ECC to move forward I have to the right to undo the deal if the share- holders voted down the deal or if TMM could not produce the stock by June of this year. To allow the deal with ECC to move forward I have moved my claim aside and let the full shareholders group decide what they want to do. Trudef is still being sold though TMM and money is going to pay bills for TMM. We can evaluate Trudef with the help of our new Tech. board (that I think you will be impressed with the PHD's Ect.. On it) and the engineering class at Colorado university. I will live with this decision. What is owed on the post production center ? We have unlimited use and control of the Post production center. It was built with funds from many sources including but not limited to ATT, Lucent Ecostar, US WEST, U.C. And other grants. It has in excess of ten million (10,000,000) dollars U.S. invested and is paid in full. We will be teaching and bring some post production pro's from L.A. etc. to utilizes the facility to is utmost. Some of the projects planed are a retrievable data base for storage for some of the smaller TV stations to defray the cost of storage and editing. They can download Via Internet or Satellite that are already in place. We have also set up a J.V. with a DVD house in Nashville that has projects ready and I need to meet with them this coming week to put the ink to it. What is the Status of RAVE. There is no change to the RAVE deal and I `m still the lead on the production and support. There should be some news soon from some company with a mouse as it star. Total units should be between 3000-5000 units. In a nutshell this deal with ECC/U.C. is been a long thought out process that is a win win for both of us. As for the nay sayers, do what I do just delete the mail because they are miserable people who like to share there misery with others, if you don't read it you WIN ! Will try to answer all questions when I have a chance but am real busy this week Echo.
