I am holding MRVC for the long term, but trade a little on the side (perhaps have a little too much tied up in the co. now) but the officers did after all make more on the sale of shares in the sept. offering than the whole co. made in profit for the year!? Perhaps I am reading the #s wrong, pls correct me is so. I can see how this would disturb investors, however modest their salary....
