Regardless, PAST INFO IS ILLEGAL TO GIVE OUT BEFORE IT IS MADE PUBLIC. Just because 6 months have gone by doesn't mean that Global Games Corp. can tell anyone about the earnings report for FY1997 before the following:

- The audit is complete

- The information is released to the SEC and/or the gereal public
