Zitel is not mentioned at the Morgan site. If you look at the date the material was published, you will note the info was written in July, before anyone on the street had knowledge that Matridigm may really have a solution. If the article were written today, you can be sure Zitel (Matridigm) would get significant attention. What is most important in the Morgan piece is confirmation of the real size of the problem and the cost to solve it. Also, interesting in the article is the implication that (in July) no software solution was thought to be possible. This is what makes the Matridigm situation so spectacular. If their beta tests in Nevada confirm that they really do have a software solution, the rewards will be tremendous.
