I view the CD plant as MKD's rebirth and I'm confident it'll be their first major success. That's why I bought more shares last week when it dipped below $0.15 again. I talked to MKD last week and I was able to learn they have the funds for the purchase of the CD equipment. We'll know the equipment delivery date very soon.

Once the equipment has been delivered and installed at their facility, it should be ready to go almost immediately. They're confident of a fairly quick startup because Ken Spence of Spinner Records / Compact Disc Inc. has made arrangements for the manpower. to run the plant. Mr. Spence used to be a professor at a music engineering institute and has a grasp on the technical aspects of the plant. This can be confirmed by giving him a call. I'm glad they own a 40% interest in the plant just to help push MKD along in some areas.

The fact is MKD has stumbled across a lucrative venture in CD reproduction. They don't need to develop a product; they just have to buy it. They also don't need to find customers looking for CD needs. At least for now, that's handled by Spinner Records and Compact Disc Inc. as part of the partnership. We'll be able to confirm this once the plant is in production. Just give them a realistic timeline to get everything going. Since the financing took longer than expected, I've felt the CD plant wouldn't start up before July. Ted is usually overly optimistic with his targets, but his information is accurate.
