It doesn't take much thought to add the two companies revenues and come up with $42 million. What about earnings? Both these companies are losing a lot of money. From what I've read about INCC, they are nearly in default. What is Hanson's plan for making the combined company profitable? Or does it matter in the Internet business right now? Eventually it must.

I don't expect you to provide any real insight since, as a former director of the company, you hold over 300,000 shares of this stock. You participation here serves one purpose -- keep on driving the price up. Yet your posts are so professional (NOT!).
