Really? I think that is true in any industry. But if you look carefully there is still a lot of growth in the South California Area. When growth slows down - you'll know - there will be no mercy for anyone! Saw the same thing happen in LI when the defence industry began contracting in the mid 80s. But the market still went on to greater heights - what's your point?
