NHP, the 30,000 insider buy was by director Joseph Rizzi, a venture capitalist. Here's his bio: "Joseph Rizzi is a general partner of Matrix II and III. Prior to joining Matrix II, he served as a founder, President and CEO of ELXSI (1979-l986). Mr. Rizzi was also a founder and Vice President of Intersil (1969-l978). He held a variety of development and operating positions early in his career at Fairchild Semiconductor (l963-l969). He is currently a director of Veritas Software, SanDisk and MicroLinear as well as several private companies. Mr. Rizzi earned his BSEE and MSEE from the University of New Hampshire." Craig
