there is nothing wrong with insiders reaping some rewards for their hard efforts in bringing the company to that point. I don't know if they have had prior sales and in what quantity and what percentage of their total holdings; if someone knows that i would help overall perspective. But as a rule I don't see this as dumping in advance of bad news for shareholders... Dee Jay
