No one is infallible in this market game. One tries to make an intelligent assessment based on the available facts which are changing all the time. The stock most likely would have stayed at $2 if investors didn't become disenchanted with the small cap sector, if the selling by Brock and Devere had been postponed, and if the management promotion campaign would have continued longer. One has another opportunity to purchase ptch at a bargain price. A copy of the Wall Street Journal in June of 99 will most likely show ptch at a substantially higher price.
