Just happen to see this baby off a stock screen search on Hoover's web site. It looks pretty interesting and promising except for several areas:

1) Planned Sale or Sold of company stock(Yahoo)
biz.yahoo.com

2) Third Quarter lost .04 cent a share(-$111,785) and decrease in revenue which were partially blamed on the Asian Crises. The problem with that is that the crises has not been resolved and in many ways gotten worse.

3) NCI purchase- How much cash and company stock did the company have to pay for the acqusition.

Does anyone know what is the companies current outstanding and float. This even with it's question marks I think it has great protential.

P.S. Got a copy of the 8-k for MNYC which talked about the merger with NCI. Sounds confusing though. It sounds like the purchase price can change according to the stock price of MNYC. Can anyone make any sense of this.

Good Luck,
John
