ALL: Just received mail from SEC. Don't know if it was because I e-mailed them questions about SEXI or if they have determined the class period for the class action suit and I qualified. It wasn't anything I hadn't already seen--just details of the lawsuit as have been posted already. But still, they're at least moving. I won't get my hopes up for a quick settlement though since as I posted previously, these cases typically take 2-5 years to settle. I can see the headlines when it settles:--------- Charles O. Huttoe, a.k.a Charred O' Butthole (as he will soon be known to his girlfriends Bubba and BillyBob ) sentenced to spend rest of life with Charles Keating. D.H.
