Seth: one thing I don't understand is that we, supposedly, have had more weak hands with the Germany and middle east announcements than before. Beyond the fact that SB-10 is late and there has been a "sanction" for that it seems to me that the reasons for this delay can be amply justified.

I particularly love the Germany announcement because DGIV is pratically being paid to have a hub.
