g'day all - now it is up to WS to interpret the deal. However, since so far people have agreed with Riechers "Acceptance of this offer makes me believe the quarter would not have been too great," I am gonna to hold a contrarian view. I feel it is not necessarily the case b/c 1) Mr House is going to be the president of the merged co; 2) no detail of the merger. For example, if Mr House can extract an agreement from NT that there is no layoff - for now, I don't see any; quite on the contrary, it is likely that NT will fold all the recent acquisitions into BAY and hence will make it even larger; 3) while NT may have appreciated abit, comparing to its performance to LU or even ALA, it still has way to go
