Thats right for the Globex if it is down only a few points where the
players are only guessing.
Big moves in one direction (>10) set up a Sentiment. The players are spooked and trying to get flat..This Sentiment Direction resumes
after the first 30-60 minutes of chaos which sometimes is a reverse
of the Globex direction. BWTHDIK..
