<<Please everyone, let's end the personal attacks.>> Richard, everyday stocks are traded in IPM and other companies. If 50,000 shares trade then there are buyers on one side who think the time is right to buy and an equal #shares on the sell side that think it is a good time to sell. Sometimes the buyers are more aggressive, sometimes the sellers

What the internet has done, for the first time is bring sellers and buyers face to face to express their opinions directly. I think if everyone can understand and realize that both sides need each other and difference of opinion is a normal function of the market we could get along better.

Things can change, who knows some of the most persistent critics or sellers may become buyers of IPM at another time.

I don't mind being critizised for making a bad market call as long as the critique is true and reasonably accurate.

As far as all those sellers gloating about their call on IPM, big deal. Since 98% of mining stocks have dropped between 50% to 90%, picking one only involved being able to figure out which ones were mining stocks and which weren't.

No matter what news came out on the so called Black Friday, this stock would likely be significantly down in price today. It is the famous, What if? question.
