It's the market and traders may/may not like the deal. To BAY
holder/trader now at the mercy of the market, not the deal was bad.

Then do we know the 'detail' of the fine print? The price movement
over the next ?hour/day will tell us the 'detail' as interpreted by
the experts(analyst) if there was any Floor.

Maybe it's not the end yet, don't despair. Even if it is a good deal
for BAY, the 'big boys' will tune it down so they can make more.
