When I saw the dip to 11 5/8 on only 21k of volume, it sort of
blew my mind! What's up Jeff? I called T.Rowe Price, (my broker)
and asked them how they are addressing the Y2K problem. They responded by replying they have a software team working with 3rd
parties through their banking systems. Currently they're evaluating
what's available. I considered it a very weak response, a polite way
of saying NO ACTION! Looks to me like 2000 is going to be ugly.
