Overall market's been kinda lousy lately. Without continuous interest/activity MM's are dropping the floor hard. MM's don't want to be caught with inventory in correction and they're alternatively afraid of being caught short if something takes off. PTCH is a value play. It's worth more than where it's at. One just has to be patient imo. dax
