Hello! Jack, I have been patiently waiting to hear more news updates from NYRR Management in anticipation of good news that will add value to NYRR and it's shareholders investments. JMO! Beyond that , I tend to agree with Denise that we have been waiting for a significant period of time, but based on the recent increased activity in the rail industry I'm hoping that NYRR's time is just around the corner? Jack? Can you shed any further light on your thoughts surrounding NYRR and the potential benefits from the recent Conrail hearings? Best Regards, Wayne J.
