I finally received my package regarding the merger. I voted my shares in favor of the merger and all of the other proposals supported by the board. I voted using the online site for the first time; it was so easy... Even though the new company will have a lot of debt and renewed depen- dence on AT&T, I still think the merged company will be stronger than ATCT by itself. Phil
