Dear Pravin - take it easy. I don't know if you ve made or lost money on BAY, or merely a impartial observer, CNBC is not the be all and end all. If you feel Northern Telecom can reach a 52 week low b/c [or coincidental] of the BAY acquisition, you may want to think about making some money on your insight. Certainly, one could short BAY if one thought it returning to $24.
