They have been doing this off and on for months, each time the
interest rates notch down a click or two. BUT when they do it,
there is a back lash, then some volitility as the stocks try to
find a new comfort level with the rates.
When the over hyped TECH sector finds it bottom, and the oil sector
finds it's we will likely be set for a rally.
If crude stays down it's like a tax break.
Months and months ago I told people get out of oil.
