Alex: The BIS is again issuing a warning Re: US dollar and trade imbalance.

overvalued against the yen."

With so many imponderables, I am amazed at the apparent lack of interest in gold as a hedge. Looks more and more like a complete financial collapse is needed before gold is viewed as an alternative to fiat currencies.
