Ditto all those comments about John. The "perfesser" has taught us well.

Anyone else taking a look at PAMCE this AM? It's trading like it got delisted. Low of $3.50, last at $4 and yet I'm showing a bid of $6. Bizarre...but in a good way.

NORRISTOWN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 15, 1998--The Provident American Corp., (NASDAQ:PAMCE -
news), reported today that the Nasdaq Stock Market Qualification Hearing Panel has notified Provident American that it
has determined to delist the company's common stock from the Nasdaq National Market, effective at the close of market
on June 12, 1998, because of the company's inability to timely file its 1997 Annual Report on Form 10-K.
