Gary, Noam is a straight shooter. In the two conversations I have had with him, I found him to be very patient and went to all lengths to help me understand the product (which I still need Dans help on) and the overall strategy of the company. It was evident by my call to MRVC on Sunday that his work ethic is there. Not to mention answering the call and taking over a half hour discussing the company with an individual investor. Keep in mind he had a meeting Sunday, this was not just a casual pass through the office. If I had a company that I desired to have a CEO, Noam would be the model I would look for. He is also very directed in the overall strategy of the company. I am quite sure he has his faults, but the strong points sure out-weigh the weak.

As far as Edmund and Sue in the PR office. There arent enough good things to be said about both of them. They both have taken a great deal of time to help me understand various company strategies, products, etc. I would never have been able to even remotely understand the direction of the company without their assistance. Its obvious that I do not necessarily agree with every move that MRVC makes at the time, but down the road when the pieces all fit together it dawns on me then. Keep that in mind about the Fibronics acquisition. I even questioned it. The more time goes by, the more I see why they wanted Fibronics. Hope this was of help.

Regards,
Sam
