Dan, do you think this is House's way of playing poker? I suspect he got the best deal he could for shareholders. Its likely this quarter and maybe next were not looking so good. We must all remember, that the only reason this stock has been trading at 28-32 lately is takeover speculation. Right now BAY is really a 22-25 dollar stock, on its own merits, IMO. Gary
