Gary, I don't know what the rules are concerning unsolicited bids. (Whether this is a done deal or not??) I remember the bids kept rolling in for MCI once the action started. I would like to see this happen for Bay. Many people thought the company could go for a higher price. Anyway, this is the best news for my portfolio in awhile. Good luck. Dan
