It is not my usual position to question the truthfulness of comments made by the CEO of any company unless the comments sound unreasonable or don't make sense. There is nothing unusual or unreasonable in this comment. If you read back a few posts you will see where Marty talked about how officers typically file the initial 144 right away just to have it done even if they don't intend to sell for years. In order to renew their right to sell 90 days later it is a simple form.

Exactly!!! Has he sold any time that he filed? NO!!!! So does this sound unreasonable considering this is what he has done already for over the past 6 months?

I believe this paragraph is a complete fabrication by you, or a sign of poor judgement by this Mr. Gordon of TSIG as No company official in his right mind would ever say such a thing in a telephone call to a shareholder or journelist.
