ADR REPORT - Emerging market highlights - June

Robert Pelosky Jr., the global emerging markets coordinator at Morgan
Stanley
Dean Witter, said recent meetings with investors suggested that ''the
sentiment bottom in emerging markets is at hand.''
In a report, he said, ''I think we're in a transition year in (emerging
market) stocks and 1999-2000 could be among the best years since the
early
1990s.''
